In the end of 2014 UPECO announced the tender for cargo shipment by motor transport across Russia. In the framework of the 1st stage the committee studied the requests of some transport companies, commercial proposals were estimated and main bidders chosen.

Thus, the next try-out competition round includes:

• Logiterra LLC
• Skif Cargo Company LLC
• Yusen Logistics Rus LLC

The second stage includes visits of experts to transport companies, study of the infrastructure, preliminary negotiations and preparation of final commercial proposals with a due regard to a number of agreements.
