On July, 12 UPECO AWADS 2007 Holiday Took Place in Moscow

UPECO AWADS 2007 holiday which took place in Moscow on July,12 was the celebration in honor of UPECO Company’s partners and the demonstration of achievements in the art of brands’ creation and promotion. The presentation of the company and its brands was organized as a film-show to get Oscar award. The main surprise of the holiday was the presentation of UPECO’s new “star” – DELISS brand.
Yuzhnyye Luzhniki quay where the guests from different ends of Russia came was decorated with a red carpet. UPECO’s partners, as it befits true stars of distribution, passed across the Oscar ceremony-like carpet to Vatel motor ship, accompanied by flashes of cameras and greetings of the fete’s organizers.
The official part of the event was ceremonially opened by the Company’s founders. They greeted the guests of the holiday – the Company’s partners – and thanked them for cooperation and great achievements.
The anchors of the party Tatyana Arno and Michael Shats noted that UPECO’s business is akin to producer’s business. Producer centers create stars, and admirers and fans of the stars appear. UPECO Company create star products for masses of people. Then the stars become leaders at the market. And they also have fans – loyal consumers. It is the gist of UPECO Company’s business.
To the guests of the Oscar ceremony – like holiday there were presented films – prize winners. The first was the documentary film “UPECO’s Path: 12 years of creation and development.” It told the guests an amazing story about UPECO Company’s birth, about its tight-knit and optimistic team, about the leader brands that make the life of people more comfortable and convenient, and certainly about its partners, because, if not they, consumers could hardly ever get to know real head-made products.
In the nomination “The best film on wild life” the film about GARDEX was shown. This trade mark became the leader at repellents’ market in five years after its birth. Today GARDEX brand calls on its clients to be “ nearer to the nature and farther from mosquitoes”.
The winner in the nomination “The best musical of the year” was declared the film about “sunny” shoe care product – SALTON. Thanks to rebranding, SALTON took the deserved second place after SALAMANDER trade mark which is also presented at the Russian market by UPECO Company. In 2006 SALTON ensured to UPECO 71 per cent of sales growth.
In “The best HOME VIDEO” nomination there was shown a film about the most well-known and popular with consumers RAPTOR repellent trade mark. During 10 years it is the leader at the insecticides’ market, setting an example for other UPECO’s brands.
The culmination of the fete was the presentation of the birth of a new Company’s brand – DELISS. The partners of UPECO Company were the first to know about DELISS launching. The trade mark will be prospective product at the aroma – makers for home category.
Partners of UPECO Company were the first to get a unique opportunity to enjoy Deliss aromas. The guests at the party celebrated it eating a festive cake with UPECO Company’s logotype.
The holiday was continued with the appearance of variety stars. The apogee of the party was the dazzling fireworks show on the occasion of birth and shining of stars – UPECO brands.
