An authorial article by Valentin Korzhov, development director of UPECO Company, was added to the Publications section. The article had been published in October issue of The Director General journal.

“Today China influences greatly the development of not only the Eurasian continent but also of the whole world. If earlier the Chinese exported “earth”, cultivating rice and mulberries on it, now they actively export “labour force”, selling Chinese products around the world. The next stage will be the export of intellect and generating of innovations”, Valentin Korzhov noted.
