This year the Forester brand has become a laureate of the BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE 2008! 65 brands got the highest Russian professional prize in the domain of creation and development of trade marks. Forester is one of them! According to the competition results, it has gotten the second prize. Nobody got the first prize in this category. 

All in all 200 biddings were presented in 33 categories. Experts noted the growth of the quantity of Russian brands in the competition and a good quality of the works presented for it. 

The ceremony of laureates’ rewarding took place on April,13, 2009 in the Manezh Moscow Exhibition Hall. Forester’s award got Yulia Pozdnukhova, Forester TM brand-manager. 

The BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE 2008 is the only competition in Russia that is internationally recognized and has a license of the American Marketing Association (AMA). The jury of the competition estimates the effectiveness of chosen marketing instruments, determines if the goals and tasks of communications project were achieved and evaluates if the results are good.
