Our united team has been growing and developing under the name of United People Community for four years now, and has been constantly moving towards its goal – leadership!
This year UPECO’s birthday was celebrated in a new format, which demonstrated openness and readiness of our team for positive changes. Before noon UPECO’s corporate conference, Leadership in the Conditions of Changes Summit, took place for the first time for all UPECO Moscow office employees and for top managers of the company’s regional subdivisions. The company’s founder members and members of the Board of Directors made reports devoted to such topical problems as achievements and capacities of UPECO Company in new economic conditions, UPECO’s anticrisis measures and strategic goals and projects for the nearest future.
UPECO’s Brandbook was for the first time presented to the company’s employees. Our corporate UPECO brand was described in it in detail, the appropriateness of its creation and development depicted and the recommendations for the application of UPECO brand’s visual standards expounded.
July, 31, 2009 has become an official birth date of our new OBLIO trade mark. It is the most feminine UPECO’s brand which will come out to hosiery market – capacious, dynamically developing and prospective market of Russia and CIS countries. OBLIO brand belongs to Levante Group Italian company which is one of world’s leaders in tights. Since 2009 UPECO Company is an exclusive distributor of OBLIO TM in Russia and CIS countries!
In the afternoon UPECO’s employees could enjoy UPECO Challenge entertaining program with different competitions and contests, concert repertory prepared both by UPECO employees and by the guests – artists who were invited - and, of course, inestimable intercourse with colleagues!
Coming together we realized anew that in new economic conditions our goal – LEADERSHIP – becomes even more pressing and demands more effectiveness, more flexibility, preparedness for changes and willingness to act like LEADERS! New conditions and new changes create new opportunities which allow all of us to set and achieve even more ambitious goals!
