UPECO’s Employees Demonstrated High Involvement

UPECO Company’s employees’ involvement is close to the indicators of the best Russian employers. This conclusion was made by HewittAssociates independent international HR-consulting company which conducted involvement research in UPECO’s Russian offices in December, 2010. According to the results of the research, UPECO Company’s employees’ involvement is 73 per cent! 

“73 per cent indicator shows that UPECO Company is in the high results’ zone, i.e. many its employees are not only satisfied with their work and ready to speak about the company positively, but also plan their further development in it”, comments Victoria Demina, the head of UPECO Company’s Personnel Department. 

Average involvement indicators of companies’ employees in different fields in all Russia in 2010 were 56 per cent. The results of the latest “Best Employer in Russia” competition conducted by HewittAssociates in 2008 were 79 per cent. It should be noted that only such multinational companies as Microsoft, Johnson&Johnson, CiscoSystem, Hilti and DHL were named as the best Russian employers. 

High indicator of UPECO’s employees’ involvement testifies that UPECO Company is an attractive and interesting employer for the best Russian specialists.
