In April 2012 “Manage Effectively” project was started in UPECO Company. It is realized in the framework of U*EXECUTIVE program for managers of high and medium level.

The training project consists of three modules: “Efficiency Management”, “Personnel Management” and “Strategic Management”. Every module is a two-days training during which the participants will get new information, use managing skills in practice, solving cases and carrying out tasks, will share the experience of overcoming complicated situations. The names of the modules reflect the main theme which is the basis of management practices, management functions and the tasks managers have to cope with.

The peculiarity of “Manage Effectively” program is in its connection with practice, instruments of technologies and methods which will be offered for consideration. The work between modules will consist in the fulfillment of “home work”, the aim of which is to develop and fix participants’ managing skills.

The realization of the project has just begun! We will inform in the “News” section about the discoveries of the participants and tell how they use new skills in practice.
