According to the research conducted by Hewitt Associates* independent international HR-consulting company, the involvement of UPECO Company’s employees in Russia was 71 per cent! The research was conducted in December 2011.
“High level of employees’ involvement becomes the guarantee of the success of organizations and of the achievement of high business indicators. The quantity of companies where the level of employees’ involvement is more than 65 per cent is no more than 25 per cent of the total number of companies at the market, - Victoriya Demina, the head of UPECO Company’s Personnel Department, comments. – The high UPECO employees’ involvement means that many people are not only satisfied with their work and ready to give praise to the company, but also plan their development in it, are intent to achieve results for the sake of the company’s success”.
The indicator of the involvement in UPECO Company is 11 per cent higher in comparison with other Russian companies working at FMCG market. The indicator of involvement in the companies reckoned among “The Best Employers of Russia” in 2011 was 81 per cent, only 10 per cent higher than in UPECO. Among the best employers of Russia there are such companies as McDonald’s, Yandex, Microsoft, Hilti, Intel, Mars, Johnson & Johnson.
High indicator of UPECO employees’ involvement entitles us to believe that UPECO Company is an attractive and interesting employer for the best specialists of Russia.
