The competition for this honorable title represents a rating of lead brands at the Russian market in a wide range of branded consumer goods.

To nominate brands for the award in All-Russian publications and the Internet a questionnaire containing only one open question "Do you consider it to be the best?" and a list of different products categories is published. There are no offered answer options in the questionnaire. People write goods brands names in by themselves - therefore they are those brands which are recalled first. The question statement "Do you consider it to be the best?" makes you think and write in those brands, which the consumer associates with the best quality of the goods.
